Senior Manager, Tech Transformation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR Tech Transformation roadmap along with Sr. Director HR Tech.
• Transformation to incorporate integrations, process improvements, system enhancements, and change management strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive user adoption strategies to drive awareness, training, and engagement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline Workday processes and workflows, eliminating inefficiencies and maximizing value.
• Responsible for leading and driving the adoption of our organization’s HR processes and systems through WorkDay for modules such as Time and Absence, HCM, and Recruitment.
• Manage change initiatives related to Workday implementations, updates, and upgrades.
• This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive parallel implementation of WorkDay tool with a goal to sunset parallel applications that are currently in place.
• Work towards data integration and periodic audits to check for accuracy and consistency – Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance HR knowledge and ensure consistent application of WorkDay.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and productivity.
• Measure and track user satisfaction and adoption rates to identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as the resident expert for all things concerning to WorkDay

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Strong business understanding
• Demonstrated learnability of tools and new skills
• Understanding or experience in a HCM tool like Workday will be preferred
• Reporting experience in Workday or similar tools will be an added advantage
• Problem-solving
• Project management
• Strong data management skills with tools such as MS Excel, Google sheet, etc.
• Data Visualisation on tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
