Our Company

ISEARCH GLOBAL HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTIONS INC. offers world-class end-to-end recruitment services and solutions on a global platform.

Founded by Mr. Sharad Junghare, one of the pioneers in the BPO Industry in India, the company started its operations in the Philippines in 2010, catering to the growing demands for high caliber Executives in the BPO industry.

Last quarter of 2016, the company has been taken over by a new management under the leadership of Ms. Roma Pradhan who continues to manage the Philippines operations along with the experienced and tenured management team of the company.

Over the years, its services have grown to cater to other industry segments such as ITES, Analytics, Fintech, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.
