Description

  • SME in Oracle CRM Sales Cloud and knowledge of other CRM CX suite, Oracle ERP, Non-Oracle Applications integrations knowledge with the ability to assess an impact of change.
  • Experience with Azure Dev/Ops and Agile way of working.
  • Working Experience with Scrum master / product owner.
  • Knowledge of Next Gen Sales (Redwood UX), Oracle integration Cloud / SQL / OTBI / BI Publisher (advantageous).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s relevant degree or equivalent work experience & practical knowledge.
  • 5 years of proven hands-on experience with at least 3 projects as an Oracle Sales Cloud SME/Consultant and knowledge of working experience with technical SME and other departments.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software configuration/development (Oracle ERP (Cloud and EBS) related).
  • Expertise and hands on experience in Oracle Sales Cloud with 80% functional and 20% technical components knowledge.
  • Data Loads/Data Imports & Exports, Workspace, Data security Roles & Privileges, Sales Territories.
  • Lead Scoring and Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management.
  • Mobile and Outlook integration, Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs, Custom & Standard Object Customizations.
  • Agile Scrum/ CI Frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in business management / process management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to research, follow up and resolve complex problems with a right RCA.
  • Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodologies
  • Oracle Sales Cloud Certification
  • Experience in designing/delivering changes/solutions in an Oracle landscape for a global organization.
  • Good to have Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) knowledge Vs OSC and other CX suite like Service, CPQ, Commerce, Field Service.
