  • Project Execution: Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Coordinate with onshore teams and other project stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Maintain alignment within teams and is point of contact for new requests and project updates.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Develop a detailed plan to monitor the progress of the projects and provide the status reports to Marcomms workstream leads.
    • Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation including lessons learned.
