    5 years of proven hands-on experience an Oracle Sales Cloud SME/Consultant with 80% technical and 20% functional with the knowledge of working experience with cross domains.
  • 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in application development and integrations cloud (OIC) along with deployments experience from one environment to another environment.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java Programming, Groovy, OSC specific APIs, REST API, JavaScript, JSON and React JS, SQL, XML, VBCS.
  • Data Loads/Data Imports & Exports, Workspace, Data security Roles & Privileges, Sales Territories.
  • Lead Scoring and Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management.
    Mobile and Outlook integration, Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs, Custom & Standard Object Customizations.
  • Agile Scrum knowledge and willing to learn new technologies and apply it.
  • Demonstrated experience in business management / process management.
  • Very good soft skills like positive attitude, customer focus, team player.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software configuration/development (Oracle CRM CX, ERP, EBS related).
  • Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodologies.
  • Oracle Sales Cloud Certification, ODI/OIC Certification.
  • Experience in designing/configuring and deploying changes/solutions in an Oracle landscape for a global organization.
  • Good to have: In-depth knowledge of integration between Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) and OSC as well as in other applications in the CX suite like Service, CPQ, Commerce, Field Service.
  • Experience with SQL,PLSQL, VBS, VBCS, WSDL, SOAP UI & Webservices and NextGen Sales (Redwood UX) will be an added advantage.
